It contains a high concentration of caustic soda with added surfactants and sequestering agents that improve washing. Due to its high alkalinity, it saponifies oils, producing soaps, which in turn emulsify dirt and facilitate cleaning. It is especially useful in the dairy industry as it acts on butter, fats, and natural oils, transforming them into smaller micelles that are easier to rinse away, while also having low foam generation. It does not attack stainless steel and is especially suitable for washing glass containers.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>Applications and Uses<\/strong><br \/>\nCleaning of equipment and circuits: This product can be used in all types of food processing facilities where the residues to be removed are especially fats and proteins, such as in the dairy industry.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Rinse the equipment with water until loose debris is removed.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Apply a 1 to 5% solution by circulation or spraying at a temperature of approximately 80\u00b0C for about 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Rinse thoroughly with water until neutral. The concentrations and usage times of the product will depend on the amount and type of dirt to be removed, the hardness of the plant water, and the mechanical facilities installed.
