The high concentration of chelating agents in NIX30 eliminates and inhibits saline and Milk Stone build-up, and prevents its crystalline re-deposition, optimizing the dispersion of dirt, keeping it in suspension and facilitating cleaning. It contains alkalis, dispersing agents and<br \/>\na high content of chelating agents that give it a great power to remove fats and proteins.<br \/>\nDue to its alkalinity, it saponifies fats, generating soaps that facilitate the emulsification of the<br \/>\ndirt. It is not necessary to perform an acid wash after its use. It cleans deeply, leaving<br \/>\nsurfaces shiny, free of films or stains. It does not attack stainless steel.
