The product is formulated with caustic soda (sodium hydroxide) and contains a combination of
surfactants to generate foam, which together provide excellent cleaning properties for the surfaces to be treated.

Description ENKY is an alkaline cleaner with chlorine, specially developed to be used in aqueous solution with foam generating equipment, for cleaning equipment, walls and floors, and facilities in general in the food industry (dairy, fishmongers, beverage, refrigerators, etc.). The technology developed in foam cleaners allows replacing manual cleaning, reaching hard-to-reach places and reducing labor and cleaning time. ENKY has a great foaming capacity and remains adhered to the surface during the application time. It is low consumption, since the working solution between 2 and 5% has a high performance used with foam generating equipment. Rapidly and completely soluble in water, it has a strong emulsifying and dispersing power. It does not attack stainless steel. It produces a stable foam easily removable by rinsing with water. NOT SUITABLE for equipment containing aluminum.

Applications and uses
Alkaline cleaner to be used on inert surfaces. After use, rinse with plenty ofdrinking water. The product is developed for use with foam generating equipment. It is used diluted inwater at 2 to 5%. Once applied with the equipment, let it act for about 20 minutes and rinse with plenty of water
under pressure.
It is recommended to previously rinse the surface to be treated with water, preferably at about 40 to 50°C.
In all cases, the use of the product must be followed by a thorough rinse with plenty of clean water.
