Description

ESBEN is a heavy-duty alkaline cleaner, specially developed for use in
aqueous solution with foam generating equipment, for strong alkaline cleaning of equipment, walls and
floors, and general facilities in the food industry (dairy, fishmongers, beverage,
refrigerators, etc.)
Rapidly and completely soluble in water, it has a strong emulsifying and dispersing power. Does not attack stainless
steel. Produces a stable foam that is easily removed by rinsing with water.

Applications and uses
Alkaline cleaner for use on inert surfaces. After use, rinse with plenty of potable water
.
The product is developed for use with foam generating equipment. It is used diluted in
water at 2 to 6%. Once applied with the equipment, let it act for about 20 minutes and rinse with plenty of pressurized water
.
For cleaning fryers and cooking equipment, prepare a solution of 2 to 6%, heat the solution to
about 70ºC and let it act for 15 to 30 minutes. Then empty the equipment and rinse thoroughly with plenty of
water.
In smoke chambers or ovens with cleaning application equipment, use 2 to 6% at a temperature
of 70ºC, let it act the same (either by spray, foam or atomization) for 20 to 40 minutes, always
with the air recirculation system at 80 – 90°C and with the addition of wet steam.
In all cases, the use of the product must be followed by a thorough rinse with plenty of clean water.

How to use
The dilution is prepared using 20 to 60 ml of ESBEN per liter of water. After using the
product, rinse with plenty of water.
