Description

NIX30 is a concentrated, strongly complexing alkaline cleaner for single-phase washing of
circuits and equipment in food processing plants, especially where food is processed at
temperature. The high concentration of chelating agents in NIX30 eliminates and inhibits saline and Milk Stone build-up, and prevents its crystalline re-deposition, optimizing the dispersion of dirt, keeping it in suspension and facilitating cleaning. It contains alkalis, dispersing agents and
a high content of chelating agents that give it a great power to remove fats and proteins.
Due to its alkalinity, it saponifies fats, generating soaps that facilitate the emulsification of the
dirt. It is not necessary to perform an acid wash after its use. It cleans deeply, leaving
surfaces shiny, free of films or stains. It does not attack stainless steel. It has very low to no
foam generation.

Applications and uses
Cleaning of equipment and circuits:
This product can be used in all types of facilities where food is processed and where the residues to be removed are especially fats and proteins, such as in the dairy industry.
• Rinse the equipment with water until loose debris is removed.
• Apply a 1 to 5% solution by circulation or spraying, at a temperature of approximately 60°C to 85°C for about 20 minutes.
• Rinse abundantly with water until neutral.
The concentrations and usage times of the product will depend on the amount and type of dirt to be removed, the hardness of the plant water and the mechanical facilities installed.

How to use
The dilution for use is prepared using 10 to 50 ml of NIX30 for each liter of water.
