Both products are unstable species and are therefore generated in situ by acidifying a sodium chlorite solution with lactic acid. When both components are mixed in the indicated amounts, the chlorite decomposition reaction begins, generating the biocidal products. As this is an oxidation reaction (chemical, not biological), it does not create resistance in microorganisms. The final product contains glycerin to improve the condition of the teat skin.
Disinfects and conditions the teat after milking. Diclozur leaves no residue in milk and reduces the occurrence of new cases of mastitis.
Instructions
- Mix the activator with the base in the indicated amount.
- After each milking, dip the teats in the sealant. Do not clean the udder after application.
- Before each milking, wash with clean water.
