Equipment and circuit cleaning
This product can be used in all types of facilities where food is processed cold and where the waste to be removed is especially fats and proteins, such as in the dairy industry.
- Rinse the equipment thoroughly with water until loose debris is removed.
- Apply a 1% solution by circulation or spraying at 60°C for 10 to 30 minutes.
- Rinse thoroughly with water until neutral.
- Cleaning of trays and plastic drawers
- For automatic washing machines, apply in concentrations of approximately 1% at a temperature of 60°C.
- For manual washing, use in concentrations of approximately 1% at a temperature of 60°C. Then rinse with plenty of water until the alkali is eliminated (pH 7).
