Non-foaming chlorinated alkaline product, ideal for cleaning micro-perforated molds and trays. Does not attack stainless steel, iron, glazed material, plastic, and plastic-coated aluminum surfaces at the recommended usage concentrations.

Instructions for use

• Recommended for milking machines, cooling equipment, pasteurizers, packaging machines, and other closed circuits in the food industry.
• The alkaline solution should have a pH of no less than 10.5 and a chlorine content of no less than 70 ppm.
• The solution temperature should be between 70 and 75 °C.
• The solution must be recirculated and removed before the temperature drops below 45 °C (the solidification temperature of fats).
• Rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
