An alkaline product that is concentrated and soluble in water. A blend of sequestering agents, alkalis, and an anti-scaling agent that facilitates the wetting, penetration, emulsification, dispersion, and suspension of grease and heavy dirt.
Instructions for use
- Recommended for milking machines, cooling equipment, pasteurizers, packaging machines, and other closed circuits in the food industry.
- The alkaline solution should have a pH of no less than 10.5 and a chlorine content of no less than 70 ppm.
- The solution temperature should be between 70 and 75 °C.
- The solution must be recirculated and removed before the temperature drops below 45 °C (the solidification temperature of fats).
- Rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
