Description
EINAR is an acidic cleaner specially developed for use in aqueous solution with foam generating equipment, for heavy cleaning and descaling of walls and surfaces of food processing equipment, and facilities in general in the food industry (refrigerators, bottling plants, dairy plants, cheese factories, etc.)
The product is formulated based on phosphoric acid and contains surfactants, wetting agents, sequestering agents, and dispersants that facilitate the complete removal of encrustations, both calcareous and siliceous. It also has a corrosion inhibitor that prevents acid attack on metals, so it can be used on stainless steel surfaces, tiles, and metals.
Quickly and completely soluble in water, it has very good penetration, cleaning and runoff capacity, due to the combination of its acidic and detergent actions.

Applications and uses
Acid cleaner, for use on inert surfaces. After using the product, rinse with plenty of water.
The product is developed for use with foam generating equipment. It is used diluted in water at 3 to 5%. Once applied with the equipment, let it act for 10 to 20 minutes and rinse with plenty of
pressurized water.
Depending on the degree of soiling, a pre-rinse with pressurized water at about 50°C may be convenient to remove coarse dirt residues.
