Instructions for use

The product is indicated for the removal of limescale residue on stainless steel surfaces, including CIP circuits, in food processing plant facilities. Suitable for removing scale of inorganic origin, including oxalate. It can be used to passivate new stainless steel in CIP installations, and for washing bottles.

For conventional cleaning in CIP circuits, it is recommended to pre-wash with an alkaline cleaner and rinse with plenty of water. Then, perform an acid wash with P-FREE at a concentration of 0.5 to 1% v/v, which is prepared by diluting 50 to 100 ml of P-FREE in 5 liters of water. Pay special attention when preparing the dilution for use, adding the product to the water and not the other way around, and use the indicated personal protective equipment. Drain and rinse with plenty of water until neutral.
